About the Role
Bizmoni is looking for a Revenue Manager to design, optimize, and scale our revenue strategy across products and global markets. In this role, you will own pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with commercial intuition and enjoys building scalable revenue models in a fast-moving fintech environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and optimize pricing and monetization strategies across Bizmoni's products and services.
- Analyze revenue performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain revenue forecasts and financial models using historical and real-time data.
- Track key revenue KPIs and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and investment decisions.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Revenue Manager, Pricing Manager, or similar role, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, with exposure to global markets (EU, USA, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Experience in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence commercial decision-making.
