Our team is fully remote and spans 20+ countries - and we're scaling fast.
About the Role
This is bigger than a typical consulting leadership job.
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands the modern AI economy - business reinvention, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, sales growth, and organizational change - and who can turn that understanding into a global business line.
You'll build Bizmoni's Consulting & Training division from the ground up: world-class consulting offerings, training programs, certification pathways, and business transformation frameworks that help individuals and organizations adapt to the AI era.
You'll work directly with the CEO, executive leadership, product, sales, and strategic partners, and help position Bizmoni as a global leader in AI-powered business transformation and entrepreneurship education.
This is a chance to shape an entirely new category at the intersection of AI, Fin Tech, consulting, and education.
What You'll Do
- Consulting Strategy & Delivery
- Define and lead Bizmoni's global consulting strategy and service portfolio.
- Design consulting frameworks across AI adoption, business reinvention, revenue growth and sales enablement, entrepreneurship and startup growth, financial literacy and business intelligence, and operational efficiency/automation.
- Oversee consulting engagements and own client outcomes.
- Build scalable consulting methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
- Training & Education Leadership
- Build and lead Bizmoni's global training and certification programs.
- Develop AI-focused learning pathways for entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses - spanning AI for business, growth strategy, digital entrepreneurship, revenue generation, sales and consulting excellence, financial literacy, and future-of-work skills.
- Keep learning programs aligned with evolving market needs and AI trends.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to grow consulting and training revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support enterprise sales opportunities and client engagements.
- Develop scalable business models for the consulting and training line.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and scale a global team of consultants, trainers, coaches, and subject matter experts.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, innovation-driven culture.
- Set quality standards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Support the ongoing expansion of Bizmoni's consulting and education ecosystem.
- Innovation & Market Leadership
- Stay ahead of developments in AI, Fin Tech, entrepreneurship, and workforce transformation.
- Translate emerging trends into new services, programs, and business opportunities.
- Position Bizmoni as a thought leader in AI-powered business growth and reinvention.
- What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in consulting, training, business transformation, or advisory leadership.
- Proven track record building and scaling consulting or learning businesses.
- Deep understanding of AI and the future of work, business transformation and reinvention, entrepreneurship and startup growth, revenue generation and sales strategy, and financial services/Fin Tech/digital business models.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience driving consulting and training revenue.
- Experience managing global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing executive-level training, coaching, or consulting programs.
- A strategic mindset that can move from vision to execution.
- Highly Desirable
- Experience in AI consulting or AI transformation programs.
- Background in Fin Tech, Saa S, Ed Tech, or high-growth startups.
- An existing network of enterprise clients, partners, trainers, or consultants.
