Bizmoni is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will collaborate with us, become a shareholder, and join the Team to find the best Talent on a Global Scale. We are seeking someone with a wealth of experience and dynamism to help propel our company towards growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and talent acquisition needs.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offer negotiations.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data compliance.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in both HR and talent acquisition, implementing new strategies to enhance our processes.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR roles, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized.
