The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving regional and global expansion of the company’s computer hardware and consumer electronics business across retail, wholesale distribution, and international e-commerce marketplaces. The role requires a highly specialised professional with advanced knowledge of IT hardware markets, enterprise resource planning systems, cross-border e-commerce operations, and international technology trade events. The candidate must possess extensive technical and commercial expertise in digital marketplace management, ERP integration, supply chain analytics, and IT hardware product strategy.

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from a Singapore accredited university in one of the following fields:

    • SAP Business One certification
    • Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft ERP certification

    • E-Commerce Marketplace Operations
    • Minimum 10 years experience managing Lazada marketplace operations
    • Minimum 10 years experience managing Shopee marketplace operations
    • Minimum 5 years experience managing Amazon global marketplace sales
  • Must demonstrate ability to:
    • Manage multi-country marketplace stores
    • Handle high-volume product catalogues
    • Execute large-scale promotional campaigns
    • Analyse marketplace performance data
  • Enterprise Software & ERP Systems
    • Minimum 5 years experience implementing and managing SAP Business One
    • Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central
    • Demonstrated experience using Autocount Accounting Software
  • Candidate must have experience integrating ERP systems with:
    • Marketplace APIs
    • Inventory management platforms
    • Accounting systems
    • E-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce
  • Computer Hardware Industry Experience
    • Minimum 10 years experience working in computer hardware retail environments
    • Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT hardware technologies released over the past 10 years
