Get started now with Bizerba! For our location in Milton Keynes we are looking for a Service Administrator. As part of the Service team, the responsibilities for this role are key to the day to day running and growing of the service business. Experienced in your field, you will provide ‘first class’ service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations.

Your tasks:

  • Spare parts administration – generating quotations in SAP
  • Taking spare part order requests from customers and engineers
  • Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Placing spares orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels
  • Proactively sell spares to increase spares turnover
  • Invoicing service orders
  • Invoice queries
  • Uploading invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals
  • Daily reports to identify and correct orders stuck in error queues
  • Weekly (or at request) revenue reports for the Service Director
  • Key account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and management
  • Ad hoc customer reports

  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Be a confident problem solver

  • Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLAs and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organized with a good attention to detail

  • Confident with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
