We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of Bizerba industrial weighing and labelling systems across retail environments.
- Diagnose technical faults accurately and efficiently, applying your expertise to minimise equipment downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the service team and customer support to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Support customer training and offer technical advice to enhance user knowledge and product utilisation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times in field operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role, preferably within the retail or industrial weighing and labelling sector.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of industrial equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the East Midlands region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer‑focused approach.
- Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline are advantageous.
- Experience with remote diagnostics and basic IT skills are beneficial.
