Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer based in North England, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our industrial weighing and labelling equipment at retail sites. You will provide expert technical support to our customers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of Bizerba weighing and labelling machinery at customer sites across North England.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports using company systems.
- Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
- Travel regularly within the designated territory to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications And Experience
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role, preferably within the retail or industrial weighing and labelling sector.
