Responsibilities
- Manage product tasks and tickets from start to finish.
- Give correct status updates, track dependencies, and close tasks on time.
- Work closely with QA, Development, IT, Consulting, and Marketing teams.
Technical Contribution & Product Understanding
- Understand product architecture, data flow, components, and integrations.
- Use your technical understanding to define features, check feasibility, and support engineering discussions.
- Join architecture reviews, impact analysis discussions, and release readiness activities.
- Explain technical concepts in simple language for customers and marketing teams.
Product Planning & Execution
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritisation.
- Coordinate deployments and release activities with engineering and IT.
- Write use cases, acceptance criteria, and feature definitions.
Documentation & Content Creation
- Prepare clear product documents: feature definitions, help pages, release notes, and knowledge articles.
- Convert technical details into simple, structured content.
- Give inputs to marketing teams for feature briefs, product messaging, and website content.
- Deliver product demos to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare demo scripts, flows, and technical explanations when needed.
- Support marketing with product insights for campaigns and webinars.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with QA, Development, Consulting, and Marketing on features, issues, and releases.
- Help in triaging issues and validating fixes.
- Maintain smooth and clear communication across all teams.
Skills Required
- Strong project and task management skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile processes.
- Technical understanding of system architecture, data flows, APIs, integrations, and product components.

Educational Qualification
- UG: B.Tech in CSE, IT, Mechanical, ECE, or EEE
