How to Join: Complete the online application, share your availability and area of interest, and attend a mandatory online briefing in early June, followed by in‑person training ahead of the event.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Registration – be the first face our delegates see, helping with check‑in and guest support.
- Stage and Session Support – assist speakers, manage timings, and ensure smooth‑running sessions.
- Speaker and Media Coordination – support interviews, liaise with press, and keep the broadcast schedule on track.
- Sustainability and Partner Zones – bring our sponsors, partners, and sustainability activations to life.
- Event Operations – support logistics, broadcast, and production alongside the BizClik team.
