As the business continues to scale, design quality, digital consistency and user experience play a critical role in audience engagement, commercial credibility and product growth. This role exists to strengthen BizClik’s UI and digital design capability across its portfolio of websites, campaigns and interactive products.
Purpose of the Role
The Junior UI Designer will focus on creating visually engaging, modern and commercially effective user interfaces that elevate the BizClik brand experience across all platforms. To support the creation of high-quality digital interfaces, interactive concepts and visual experiences across BizClik’s portfolio of magazine websites, campaigns, events and digital products. The Junior UI Designer will work closely with Technology, Product, Marketing, and Editorial teams to design modern, responsive and commercially effective user interfaces using Figma as the primary design tool.

UI Design
You will design high-quality user interfaces for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, interactive features and platform experiences across BizClik’s portfolio. You will create wireframes, interface layouts, components and UI concepts that align with brand standards and business objectives. You will focus on interface execution and interaction design rather than user research ownership.
Figma Design and Systems
You will use Figma daily to create, organise and maintain scalable design files, reusable components and UI systems. You will contribute to design consistency across BizClik’s brands by supporting and evolving shared design patterns, libraries and workflows. You will collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical, responsive and implementation‑ready.
Interaction and Concept Design
You will create engaging interactions and digital concepts that improve usability and audience engagement. You will prototype ideas and interface behaviours within Figma to communicate functionality and user journeys clearly. You will contribute creative ideas for improving digital experiences across websites, campaigns and editorial products.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
You will work closely with Technology, Product, Marketing, and Editorial teams to deliver projects efficiently and consistently. You will support the delivery of UI assets for campaigns, events, awards and commercial initiatives across the business. You will participate in design reviews, feedback sessions and collaborative problem solving.
