It combines data sourcing, outreach and campaign execution into a structured, delivery-focused role. Working closely with marketing, sales, editorial and events teams, this role supports the end-to-end delegate journey, from initial targeting through to registration. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a people management position, requiring organisation, pace and accountability to manage multiple campaigns at once.

    • Maintain organised tracking of activity and results
  • Delegate Growth & Conversion
    • Support both VIP and broader delegate acquisition, including paid and discounted ticket audiences
    • Follow up on outreach activity to maximise conversion rates
    • Contribute to achieving overall event registration targets
  • Pages & Stages Support
    • Identify potential individuals for speaking opportunities, editorial features, Top 100 and industry rankings

    • Maintain clear and organised tracking of outreach and campaign activity
    • Work collaboratively with marketing to ensure messaging and brand alignment
    • Support cross-functional delivery across events, sales and editorial teams
    • Manage workload effectively across multiple live campaigns
    • Escalate any risks or gaps in delivery early
