  • Experience in content, campaigns, events, media or digital production

Webinar and Podcast Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal webinars and podcasts, from planning through to live delivery and post-campaign follow-up
  • Coordinate schedules, speakers, internal stakeholders and production teams
  • Ensure webinars and podcasts are delivered on time, to brief and to a high production standard

Campaign and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in webinars and podcasts
  • Work closely with Campaign Partners, Sales and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
  • Manage timelines, run sheets, agendas and campaign trackers

Production and Operations

  • Liaise with video, audio and production teams to coordinate recording, editing and publishing
  • Support live webinar delivery, including tech checks, speaker prep and live moderation support where required
  • Ensure all assets are correctly stored, named and shared post-production

Content and Quality Control

  • Ensure all webinar and podcast content aligns with BizClik brand standards and tone of voice
  • Review outlines, scripts and speaker briefs to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Support the repurposing of content into clips, highlights and on-demand assets

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Track delivery milestones and campaign performance metrics
  • Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve webinar and podcast delivery
  • Support reporting on content output and engagement where required
