We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to help with the day-to-day running of our Norwich office. This role is vital to keeping our workplace organised, stocked, and welcoming, while also providing basic administrative support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities
- Keep the office environment clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Restock and order food, drinks, and other supplies for the office.
- Monitor and manage photocopiers, printers, and stationery.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Operations teams.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company social events, team building activities, and holiday parties.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing desks and office equipment for new starters.
- Support ad hoc office and team needs when required.
- Assisting the CEO with secretarial duties.
