Purpose of the Role
The Agency Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and converting relationships with media agencies into consistent, scalable revenue streams. This role positions BizClik within agency planning cycles, ensuring our platforms, content and events are actively considered in campaign strategies. The focus is on originating opportunities, driving revenue and embedding long-term agency partnerships, not transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Relationship Development
- Build and manage relationships with key media agencies in London and across EMEA.
- Establish BizClik as a trusted partner within agency planning teams.
- Develop relationships at multiple levels, including planners, buyers and senior leadership.
- Revenue Generation and Pipeline Growth
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of agency-led opportunities.
- Identify and convert campaign briefs, RFPs and partnership opportunities.
- Deliver multi-platform deals across: Events, Editorial, Video, Thought leadership.
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Secure long-term and repeat partnerships with key agencies.
- Develop annual agreements and preferred partner relationships.
- Collaborate on integrated campaigns aligned to client objectives.
- Market Intelligence
- Maintain visibility of agency pipelines, campaign cycles and brand priorities.
- Identify trends across sectors including AI, sustainability, procurement, HR and data centres.
- Feed insights back into commercial, events and editorial teams.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Norwich (HQ) to build proposals, structure campaigns and ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with: Events team, Editorial, Video production, Sales leadership.
- Global Alignment
- Support global agency relationships across: Chicago (North America), Singapore (APAC).
- Contribute to a 24-hour global operating model, ensuring continuous opportunity flow.
