The Website Designer role exists to create sophisticated, industry-leading interfaces that solve complex navigation and engagement challenges for our global audience. This role sits at the front line of design, ensuring that data and engagement metrics are used alongside aesthetic appeal to make our digital platforms successful.
This role exists to:
- Support the senior design team in delivering high-fidelity visuals and intuitive workflows.
- Help our clients showcase their brands through webinars, white papers, and digital magazines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all global industry portfolios through the maintenance of our design system.
- Execute the design roadmap across weekly and monthly sprints.

Building the Product Experience
- Support the design lifecycle from initial wireframes and prototypes to final UI handoff.
- Work closely with the development team to deliver on daily tasks and project milestones.
- Manage and maintain the design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Participate in the QA process for new features to ensure high standards are met.
Data-Driven Design
- Interpret data from Salesforce and other analytics platforms to inform design decisions.
- Understand the ‘Sector Strategy’ to help execute the design roadmap.
Collaboration and Communication
- Present design rationales and technical constraints clearly to the management team.
