This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial media environment and can confidently manage the full content production lifecycle — from concept through to filming, editing and final delivery, across both video, scripting and still imagery. The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling internationally, working on location with clients and stakeholders, and producing high-quality content that supports editorial, commercial and event objectives.

  • Capture professional photography alongside video shoots, including portraits, corporate imagery, event photography and editorial visuals
  • Be comfortable on camera, writing scripts for broadcast and occasionally presenting on stage.
  • Manage the full post-production process including video editing, color grading, sound optimisation and motion graphics where required
  • Edit and retouch photography to a high professional standard for digital, social and print use
  • Travel domestically and internationally to client locations, studios and events as required
  • Collaborate with editorial, commercial, marketing and events teams to deliver content aligned to brand and commercial objectives
  • Provide creative input on shoot concepts, storytelling approaches and production techniques
  • Ensure all content meets brand, technical and quality standards across multiple platforms
  • Manage equipment, file storage, media workflows and project timelines efficiently
  • Support junior team members where appropriate with guidance and technical expertise

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a videographer/ video journalist or multimedia content producer
  • Strong photography skills
  • Advanced editing capability using industry software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or equivalent)
  • Experience filming interviews, corporate content, events and branded campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, audio capture and visual storytelling
  • Proven record of script writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients on location
