The Data Executive role exists to support the Data Manager in maintaining, organizing, and delivering clear, trusted, and commercially meaningful insight across the business. This is an ideal entry-to-mid-level role for a data-driven individual looking to build a career in data analytics, working closely with Sales, Campaigns, Events, and Leadership to turn raw numbers into clarity.
This role exists to:
- Support the day-to-day structure, consistency, and maintenance of commercial data.
- Assist in generating clear reporting and insights that support revenue growth.
- Help reduce dependency on ad-hoc reporting by updating and maintaining self-serve dashboards.
- Learn from and directly support the Data Manager in influencing how commercial performance is measured and improved.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Support the Data Manager in refining commercial reporting across our events, sales, and audience platforms.
- Maintain the integrity and regular updates of all commercial dashboards, models, and trackers.
- Transform raw data into concise, actionable summaries for our leadership and commercial departments.
Data Integrity & Maintenance
- Manage daily data hygiene, validation, and entry to ensure consistency across our internal systems.
- Ensure all internal data definitions and usage documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Vigilantly monitor for data discrepancies, ensuring reliability and flagging any concerns to the Manager.
Campaign & Audience Insights
- Provide audience data support to assist in the analysis of campaign performance.
- Liaise with Marketing and Campaigns to deliver targeted lists that drive conversion and optimisation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work in tandem with the Data Manager to fulfil requests from Finance, Sales, and Campaign teams.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
