Join Bizagi as an Enterprise Account Executive and play a key role in expanding our footprint across the European market. You’ll partner with leading enterprises to deliver innovative process automation solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategic Sales: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for select-named accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Territory Development: Thrive on driving your own piece of the business, generating pipeline, account penetration strategies and closing business in new and existing accounts.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Understand client business goals and align Bizagi’s platform to deliver measurable ROI and transformation.
  • Lead Account Growth: Develop and execute account strategies, forecast revenue, and ensure successful implementations across industries.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.
  • Champion Bizagi’s Vision: Represent Bizagi in executive discovery sessions, solution design conversations, and strategic planning engagements.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in technology platforms, BPM or process automation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving complex, value-based sales.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact.
  • Experience with “land & expand”.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities and navigating large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Capable of quickly learning new software products and clearly communicating value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined sales process management.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and decision-making abilities.
  • German or Spanish speaking a plus.
