We are looking for a qualified and experienced MOT Tester to join our team. We seek someone reliable, professional and passionate about maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
The Role
- Carrying out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA requirements
- Completing MOT tests accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying defects
- Completing MOT documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Advising on necessary repairs and safety-related issues
- Working alongside our technicians to diagnose and rectify faults
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional testing/workshop environment
- Providing excellent customer service
About You
- Hold a valid MOT Tester qualification
- Have relevant experience working in a garage or workshop environment
- Have strong knowledge of MOT testing procedures and vehicle safety
- Be confident identifying vehicle defects and explaining required repairs
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Have a professional and positive attitude
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Vehicle Technician experience is highly desirable.
