The EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the EMEA team to achieve company revenue goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the software/SaaS industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. You will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving strategic goals, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and execute the EMEA Sales strategy working with BitTitan’s General Manager.
  • Channel Partner Management: Build strong relationships with our valued channel partners, including managed service providers, distributors, and resellers. Collaborate closely with our direct sales and distribution teams to identify and onboard new partners.
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews with all Managed Accounts within the territory.
  • Achieve quarterly and full year revenue goals for the assigned territory.
  • Work with Product Management to ensure the “voice-of-the-customer” is heard in product development and delivery.
  • Act as the thought leader for the EMEA market by developing and communicating insights so that BitTitan is better positioned to serve the region.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify new revenue opportunities in new accounts and expand existing relationships in managed accounts to maximize sales performance.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing.
  • Understand and identify opportunities for customers and be conversant in all product offerings of the company.
  • Demonstrate strong sales, technical, and communication skills with an emphasis on consultative solutions selling.
  • Collaborate effectively with other marketing, product, and salespeople in identifying, developing, and closing sales.
  • Escalate account problems appropriately to leadership by clearly defining the situation and proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to Managed Services Providers.
  • Must have prior experience selling Microsoft365 and/or Google Workspace solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
