As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students by providing assistance in the classroom, helping to create a positive learning atmosphere, and ensuring that educational objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, including preparing materials and resources.
- Provide individual or small group support to students to facilitate their learning and development.
- Encourage and motivate students, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop their skills.
- Support students with special educational needs, adapting resources and methods to meet their individual needs.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the effective delivery of educational programmes and strategies.

Grade 6 £28,792 - £31,022 FTE (based on full time working)
