The Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build out a prime brokerage service targeted at our institutional customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing core products, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The position offers global scope, high business visibility, and significant impact.

What you’ll do
- Define the product vision and strategy for a Prime Brokerage offering.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to define, design, and release products on time and within budget.
- Establish business requirements for building the Prime Brokerage product offering.
- Work closely with engineering throughout all stages of the product delivery process.
- Identify relevant KPIs and metrics to track product effectiveness.
- Create the product roadmap and manage the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
- Align product investments with commercial business objectives through a deep understanding of deliverables and organizational needs.
- Drive decision-making using data analytics.
- Act as the main point of contact for all product-related matters, handling escalations for product, operations, and engineering.
- Lead trade-off discussions with engineering and internal teams.
On day one, you’ll bring
- Strong knowledge of financial products in either traditional or crypto markets.
- 5+ years of total professional experience, including at least three (3) years directly in product management or business analysis within a broker-dealer or trading firm.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools, processes, and product features required to support core Prime Brokerage products (e.g., OTC services, financing, settlement).
- Experience setting product vision and developing a product strategy.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholder departments at all levels, presenting trade-offs and making decisions backed by strong research and analytics.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience working with remote development teams.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with global teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, or Slides) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
