Founders Associate (Recruiting)

Company Description

Bits is a Y Combinator backed consumer fintech that helps people manage money better, and has as its flagship product the Bits Credit Card.

We are a team of 30 people, hybrid remote and in person, and profitable from day 1, and are working on a new AI product.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founders Associate (Recruiting), located in London. You'll work directly with the Founder and help him recruit the next 1,000 employees, with the opportunity to ultimately grow into a COO role.

You will have to be really good at solving problems and moving fast. Recruiting is the most difficult thing any founder can do, and he'll be working side to side with you, so you have to be up for a challenge.

Qualifications

• Can do, hungry, go getter attitude
• Someone who can work solo and get things done, who is obsessed with results
• Some signs of excellent in your career to date – quick promotions, academic excellence, anything to show that you're not a 9 to 5 person
• Willingness to work really hard, and a relentless focus on outcomes over process
• You need to have worked at an early stage startup or have run a side project to work in this role
