Adaptyv Bio in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Lead Automation Engineer to scale our Foundry for protein engineering. You will design and implement end-to-end automated workcells that bring together laboratory hardware and robotic systems. You will optimize task scheduling and system orchestration, ensure smooth I/O with lab equipment like liquid handlers, robotic arms, and plate readers, and collaborate with Biology and ML/Data teams to implement new protocols.
