At Bitrise, we’re transforming how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers worldwide.
Many customers discover us through events that either introduce them to our platform or help them understand a problem they’re facing and how we can solve it.
As Senior Brand Designer at Bitrise, you are the custodian of the Bitrise brand and the design gatekeeper for all marketing output.
We’re looking for someone to come in and own how Bitrise looks and feels across every customer touchpoint, from paid ads and the website, through to event collateral, sales enablement and product marketing assets.
You'll help set and evolve the visual direction, raise the bar on craft, and be the single point of accountability for design quality across the marketing function.
You'll work within the marketing team across Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing and the wider Go-To-Market organisation to translate strategy into work that moves the needle.
You'll also act as the conduit to our external design agency, briefing and quality-controlling overflow work so we can scale output without compromising standards.
This is a senior Individual Contributor role for a designer who wants to own and evolve a brand, not just contribute to it.
- You are Our Ideal Candidate if
- You have 7+ years of experience in brand and marketing design, ideally in B2B Saa S or developer-focused tech.
- You have s portfolio that demonstrates strong brand systems thinking, not just executional polish. You can show how visual decisions ladder up to positioning and strategy.
- You have a proven track record owning a brand end-to-end: guidelines, evolution, governance, and application across multiple channels.
- You have deep craft in visual design across digital advertising, web, social, events and sales collateral.
- You have experience working with, and briefing external agencies and freelancers, holding them to a quality bar.
- You are comfortable being the most senior designer in the room: setting direction, giving feedback, defending decisions, and partnering with marketing leadership.
- You developed an understanding of Content Design and UX best practices.
- You are a strong communicator who can articulate design rationale to non-designers and translate vague briefs into clear visual outcomes.
- You are familiar with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern web design workflows (Webflow a plus).
- You are self-directed and outcome-oriented. You can prioritise across competing demands without needing constant steering.
- You are someone who is willing to take on feedback and be a collaborative member of the team - guiding toward best practice.
What would really knock our socks off
- Experience designing for technical / developer audiences.
- Motion design, illustration, or light video editing skills.
- Experience evolving a brand identity (not just maintaining one).
- Familiarity with mobile development, Dev Ops, or CI/CD ecosystems.
- Experience working closely with content and demand gen teams on integrated campaigns.
- Your responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Evolution
Act as the custodian of the Bitrise brand: own the guidelines, ensure consistent application across every customer-facing touchpoint, and protect the brand from drift.
Lead the ongoing evolution of the Bitrise visual identity in partnership with marketing leadership, ensuring the brand stays distinctive, modern and fit-for-purpose as the company grows.
Define and document design standards, components and templates that scale across the team and external partners.
- Marketing
- Design
Execution: Lead design across paid ads, landing pages, website imagery, social, email, sales enablement, event collateral and campaign assets (and more!).
Partner with the Content & Comms team to bring stories and campaigns to life visually.
Partner with Demand Generation to design high-performing assets for paid and lifecycle programs.
Partner with Product Marketing on launch assets, product imagery, and sales decks.
Agency & Vendor
Management: Act as the primary conduit to our external design agency: scope work, write briefs, manage timelines, review output and hold quality.
Identify when work should be done in-house vs outsourced based on capacity, complexity and brand sensitivity.
Build a roster of trusted freelancers for specialist needs (motion, illustration, etc.).
Cross-functional
Partnership: Partner with the wider marketing, content, video and production teams to ensure design is integrated into campaign planning from the start, not bolted on at the end.
Be the design voice in marketing planning conversations, flagging where design can elevate an idea, and where it can’t save a weak one.
Support internal stakeholders (Sales, CS, People) with branded assets as needed, within agreed prioritisation.
Quality & Standards: Set and uphold the quality bar for all design output, whether produced in-house or via agency.
Provide constructive critique and feedback to other designers, contractors and stakeholders.
Continuously improve how design work flows through the marketing team (briefs, reviews, approvals).
- Other Dimensions to the Role
- Internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, CS, Product and People.
- Sole senior designer in marketing; conduit to external agency partner.
- Global remit covering brand, web, ads, events and sales enablement.
