At Bitrise, we're transforming how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers worldwide. As we scale, we're building the growth function inside product marketing. As Growth PMM, you'll own how we find, reach, and activate new audiences across our product portfolio. Every experiment you run, every channel you test, and every hypothesis you form will be grounded in product marketing insights. You'll work across our existing products and emerging ones to identify growth opportunities. This is not a performance marketing role and not a classic PMM role. It's for someone who thinks in funnels and systems, executes growth experiments, and uses product marketing as the foundation behind every growth decision.
Compensation: £70,000-£90,000
Our ideal candidate:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid of both, with experience in developer tools
- Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and core product marketing: research, messaging, ICP, GTM, and CRO
- Experience in acquiring net new developer audiences
- Self-serve or PLG experience: activation funnels, conversion optimisation, in-app messaging
- Comfortable pulling insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data
- Strong project management skills. You know how to move cross-functional work forward
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Comes from a startup environment where you owned initiatives end-to-end
What would really knock our socks off:
- Experience with mobile DevOps, CI/CD, or developer infrastructure. Hands-on knowledge of mobile tools and processes
- Familiarity with the React Native ecosystem
- Experience building a developer community presence organically (Reddit, developer forums, tech communities)
- Proven track record in building or directing agentic growth workflows
- Bonus points if you can share a PMM or growth portfolio: landing pages, positioning docs, growth models, launch announcements, Reforge artifacts, or any public examples of your work.
Your responsibilities:
- Synthesise insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritised hypothesis backlog
- Lead GTM for new products with no established playbook
- Own messaging across GTM campaigns
- Develop a channel strategy for new products backed by evidence (product-channel fit)
- Build growth models, test them fast, and measure results
- Run cross-sell experiments into the existing customer base
- Design and execute experiments across paid, organic, community, and product channels, hands-on and with support
- Work cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing to move experiments from hypothesis to live
What we offer:
- The opportunity to learn about app development by playing a crucial role in the mobile development process for the world’s most successful companies
- The security of working in a financially stable, growing company with an ever-expanding global customer base
- A remote working environment with opportunities for in-person collaboration
- A global customer portfolio to manage
- A competitive stock options package
- Private medical insurance & life assurance
