Bitmovin is a global Series-C SaaS scale-up that provides award-winning video streaming technology to world-renowned brands including Disney, Warner Brothers Discovery, BBC, Red Bull Media House, Hulu, and The New York Times, among many others. We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive, flexible work environment where every team member can thrive. We move fast, try new things, and care deeply about the impact our work creates.

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a broad execution role, you’ll work closely with and take direction from the VP of Marketing on strategy, while owning the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across PR, content, social, and demand generation. You’re someone who cares about outcomes, stays curious about whether something actually worked, and actively pushes to make it better. You embrace AI tools as a genuine part of how you work and think, and engage with the market. This role is a real opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Content & Demand Generation: Create compelling content across the funnel: from awareness-driving stories to conversion-focused assets for paid social and email nurture. Support bespoke prospect/customer campaign content in close collaboration with the wider marketing and sales teams. Develop written and video customer case studies that bring our clients’ success stories to life.
  • Campaign Execution & Project Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns: proactively coordinating contributors from across the business, leading campaign meetings, managing timelines, and keeping everyone accountable for their inputs on time and sequence. Work closely with the VP of Marketing to bring campaign strategies to life, translating direction into well-executed, on-brand activity. Track campaign performance, report on outcomes, and proactively suggest improvements based on what the data tells you.
  • PR & Communications: Lead our day-to-day PR execution: drafting press releases, byline articles, and media pitches, and building relationships with key industry journalists and publications. Support executive communications including newsletters, thought leadership content, and spokesperson materials. Manage our awards programme — identifying opportunities, writing submissions, and hitting deadlines.
  • Social Media & Brand: Manage Bitmovin’s organic, paid LinkedIn presence as well as employee social advocacy program: growing reach, driving engagement, and contributing to lead generation. Ensure brand messaging stays consistent and impactful across all channels, bringing fresh and engaging ways to ensure content positioning is always evolving.
  • AI & Innovation: Actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work: for research, content creation, campaign optimisation, workflow implementation and beyond. Bring fresh ideas on how AI can improve how we work, and be willing to experiment, test, and share what you learn. Help the team stay ahead of emerging trends in marketing technology and digital communication.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A few years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role - ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
  • Genuine excitement about AI and emerging tools, and a track record of finding practical ways to use them in your work.
  • Strong writing skills - you can craft a compelling press release, a social post, and a nurture email, and you know they’re different things.
  • A project management mindset - you can hold a campaign together, coordinate multiple contributors, and keep things moving without being chased.
  • Commercial awareness - you understand that marketing exists to drive results, and you care about whether your work actually converts.
  • A collaborative, energetic approach - you’re comfortable working across teams and know how to bring people along with you.
  • Curiosity and adaptability - you’re not fazed by change, you lean into the unfamiliar, and you’re always looking for a better way to do things.

Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box. If you’re driven, eager to learn, and excited by where this role could take you, we want to hear from you.

How to Apply:

Upload your CV and a short motivation video (2–3 minutes). We’d love to get a sense of who you are and how you think, this is your chance to stand out. In your video, please cover the following:

  • Tell us about a campaign or piece of work you’re proud of - what was your role, what did you actually do, and what impact did it have? Be specific about outcomes.
  • Walk us through how you currently use AI in your work - what tools do you use, what problems have they helped you solve, and where do you see the most untapped potential?

We’re not looking for a polished answer here, we want to understand your genuine relationship with these tools and your appetite to push further.

Video guidelines:

  • Keep it to 2–3 minutes.
  • Be yourself! Authenticity matters more than polish.
  • Feel free to demonstrate creativity in how you present yourself.
  • Upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste a view-accessible link in the application form.
