About the Role As QA / Test Engineer, you'll protect the quality of everything we ship. You'll test websites, web apps, and mobile apps before they reach users, catch issues early, and help build a culture where quality is everyone's job.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements and design test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Report bugs clearly, with steps to reproduce, and verify fixes
- Build and maintain automated tests where appropriate
- Run regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing before releases
- Test performance, accessibility, and basic security considerations
- Work with developers and project managers to prioritize and close issues
- Maintain QA documentation and improve testing processes
Required
- 1 to 3 years in software testing or QA, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as we offer a comprehensive (and intensive) 3 month training programme
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and bug tracking
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar
- Clear written communication when reporting issues
- Legally able to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR only)
Nice to Have
- Test automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android
- Basic API testing (Postman)
- ISTQB or similar certification
- Basic SQL or scripting skills
