About the Role
As a Administrative Associate, you’ll turn raw data (user feedback, app store reviews, and usage reports) into clear insights and practical recommendations. You’ll spot patterns in what users love and struggle with, research what the best products in the industry are doing, and help our clients improve their websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
No prior experience is required. If you’re curious, analytical, and good at making sense of messy information, we’ll train you on the tools, frameworks, and methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from user feedback, surveys, support tickets, app store reviews, and app usage reports
- Clean, categorize, and tag qualitative feedback to surface recurring themes
- Analyze usage and engagement data to identify trends, drop-offs, and patterns
- Build clear reports and dashboards using spreadsheets and visualization tools
- Research industry-wide best practices, competitor products, and UX/UI standards
- Translate findings into specific, prioritized recommendations for clients’ websites, web apps, and mobile apps
- Present insights to the team and, with training, to clients
- Maintain a knowledge base of research findings, benchmarks, and best practices
- Track whether past recommendations improved key metrics (e.g., ratings, retention, conversion)
- Handle light administrative tasks that support the above, such as scheduling research sessions and organizing project files
