Our Solutions Engineering department works closely with prospective customers and current customers providing workshops and training in BitGo's products and services and guiding them through the technical journey from the sales process to onboarding. We are seeking a proven professional based in London who will nurture relationships with clients across the EU region.
Responsibilities:- Lead technical and product demos through the pre and post sales cycles, driving technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and presentations to Executive sponsors.
- Manage continuous client relationships by understanding their business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs with understanding customer technical architecture.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering Teams, contributing to the development of new product features.
- Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
- Clearly communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for their sales calls.
- Possess strong technical skills to explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.

Professional Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related accreditation.
- 7+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar).
- 5+ years experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and trading.
- Prior experience in both pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects.
- Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
- Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts including web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs.
- Development experience with Javascript, Typescript, Python, and other web-based technologies/stacks.
- Exceptional professionalism – highly regarded by clients and colleagues.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication and comprehension.
- Strong ability to self-manage and exercise professional judgment.
Must be proficient in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in German, Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
