What you'll do:
- Lead and execute marketing strategy for the England market to drive user growth, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Work closely with regional and global leadership to align local marketing plans with overall business objectives.
- Own and manage local marketing initiatives including events, offline activations, partnerships, KOLs, and community activities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the Polish market.
- Act as the local "brand guardian" to ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and local regulations.
- Manage local marketing budgets, track performance, and ensure ROI.
What you'll need:
- 3–5 years of experience in regional / market marketing, preferably with ownership of a specific country or region.
- Proven experience in executing local marketing campaigns, including events and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix (online, offline, events, community, partnerships).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize outcomes.
- Knowledge of the crypto industry and local market regulations is an advantage.
- Offline campaigns working experience is a must.
