What you’ll do
- Recruit and manage affiliates (KOLs, traders, communities)
- Drive DAU and transaction volume via referral/rebate funnels
- Plan local events, campaigns, and online activations; manage our local moderators to help with executions
- Promote wallet features (swap, perp, gas tools)
- Work with our marketing team to host AMAs, meetups, Twitter Spaces
- Track performance using on‑chain tools and present to management team
What you’ll need
- Based in EU (preferably UK or France)
- Strong DeFi knowledge (swap + perp DEX: GMX, Lyra, Uniswap, etc.)
- Affiliate experience (operated or joined affiliate programs)
- Experience with campaign tools (Zealy, Galxe) and local collaborations
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
