We are seeking a Growth Data Analyst — someone curious, analytical, and proactive. A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering meaningful insights, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment and be genuinely excited about crypto, trading, and analytics.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance.
- Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks.
- Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
- Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning.
- Manage data pipelines and analysis for Hubspot in collaboration with the BD team.
This is a remote position, and candidates will need to work primarily within European time zones.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with a product analytics tool, e.g Amplitude/ MixPanel Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioural and funnel analysis.
- Working knowledge of Ad platforms such as Meta, X. Good understanding of marketing attribution.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and first-party data integrations between marketing and backend systems.
- Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports; ability to translate data into clear insights and business impact.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking pixels, event schemas, and UTM structures across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs, such as deposits, trading volume, is a strong plus.
- Light Python / SQL experience is a plus.
