Bitfinex is seeking a dedicated AML Investigator to join our Investigations Team. You will conduct and adjudicate referrals of unusual activity, aiming for timely SAR submissions within regulatory timelines, or closing referrals as not suspicious, with well-reasoned arguments.
The role reports to Head of Investigation Team and collaborates with Compliance and Customer Support. You will deepen knowledge of blockchain tech, virtual currencies, and sanctions risks while maintaining relationships
