Bitesize Vending delivers workplace vending solutions to warehouses and offices across the North West. We operate vending as a staff amenity, providing a fully managed service covering installation, restocking and maintenance. Our focus is simple: improve the workplace experience and do the basics properly.

The Role

This is an early stage opportunity to get in, build from the ground up, and share in what it becomes. You will be working from home and out in the field, responsible for driving new business across the North West. That means finding opportunities, opening doors, meeting decision makers and closing deals. There is no micromanagement and no hand holding. You will need to be disciplined, motivated and comfortable backing yourself.

The road will be long, the targets ambitious, and the coffee strong. You will face rejection and silence. Some weeks will feel slow. Some months will test you. That is the reality of building something from nothing. But for the right person, this is a chance to learn real sales, real business and real resilience. To graft, to grow and to build something meaningful.

Earnings

This is a self employed, performance based role. There is no base salary to start. You earn in two ways:

  • A fixed payment for every deal you close
  • A lifetime percentage of the revenue from every account you bring in

Your income is directly linked to what you build. The more sites you win, the more you earn, for as long as those sites stay live. Earnings are uncapped. Top performers in similar roles can exceed £100,000 per year once momentum is built. There is clear scope to introduce a strong base salary in the future once you have proven yourself and created stability. This is a progression opportunity, not a short term hustle. For the right person, there is also potential to discuss profit share, long term partnership or equity.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North West
  • Prospect, call, email and visit warehouses and offices
  • Present our workplace vending service with confidence and clarity
  • Close deals and secure new sites
  • Build strong, long term relationships with decision makers
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline and results
  • Represent Bitesize Vending with determination, confidence and personality
  • Persevere through rejection and keep moving forward
