London / Hybrid I’m currently working in partnership with a leading international QSR business that is continuing to scale across the UK and European markets. As part of this next phase of growth, they are now looking to appoint a Supply Chain Director to take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across multiple countries and franchise partners. The role will suit an experienced Supply Chain leader who is already operating at Director level and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing and sometimes unstructured international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and develop the international supply chain strategy across the UK and European markets
- Lead relationships across complex supplier, logistics and franchise networks
- Drive performance across cost, service levels, availability and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with commercial, operations and franchise stakeholders to support growth plans
- Identify gaps within the current international structure and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Build and embed processes that support continued international expansion and consistency across markets
- Lead, develop and inspire a regional supply chain team, driving accountability and performance
- Act as a key interface between local markets and central leadership teams
What they are looking for:
- Proven track record in international or multi-country supply chain leadership
- Strong background within QSR, franchise, hospitality, FMCG or wider consumer-led environments
- Experience operating at Director level within complex, fast-moving organisations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, service and growth priorities
- Comfortable working in environments where structure is still developing rather than fully established
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior and international audiences
This is a role for someone who enjoys building as much as maintaining, someone who can create structure, improve performance, and influence across multiple markets as the business continues to scale internationally. If you would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail or explore suitability, please feel free to get in touch for a confidential conversation.
