We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing quick service restaurant business looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join one of its busy Newcastle locations. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, helping to deliver operational excellence, inspire and develop the team, and drive commercial performance. The Role
- Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant
- Lead shifts to ensure exceptional customer service, food quality, and brand standards

- Maintain high standards of food safety, health & safety, and compliance
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and administrative tasks

About You
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or Restaurant Manager from a high-volume QSR, fast casual, or branded hospitality background. You'll have experience in:

- Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
- Driving sales and improving operational performance
- Managing labour and controlling costs
