Their airport business is one of the fastest-growing parts of the company, serving millions of customers every year.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of the brand's flagship locations at Stansted Airport.

This isn't your average retail or hospitality role.

Every day brings a constant flow of customers from around the world, meaning no two shifts are ever the same.

You'll lead a large team, create an engaging culture, deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure the business performs commercially across every measure.

You'll have full ownership of the operation, from driving sales and controlling costs to developing your people and maintaining the high standards the brand is known for.

If you enjoy leading from the front, thrive in a busy environment and love building motivated teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's continuing to grow.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team in a busy airport environment.
  • Creating a positive culture where people feel engaged, supported and motivated to deliver their best.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences on every shift.
  • Driving sales, profitability and operational performance across the store.
  • Managing labour, stock, waste and other key commercial KPIs.
  • Recruiting, coaching and developing future leaders.
  • Ensuring brand standards, food safety and operational excellence are maintained at all times.
  • Building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and airport partners.

About You

You'll already be an experienced manager within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-facing business and you'll genuinely enjoy leading people.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has experience managing high-volume hospitality, food-to-go or retail operations.
  • Leads with confidence, positivity and personality.
  • Enjoys coaching and developing teams rather than simply managing them.
  • Is commercially minded and understands how to drive sales while controlling costs.
  • Stays calm under pressure and enjoys the buzz of a busy trading environment.
  • Takes ownership, solves problems quickly and leads by example.
  • Loves creating memorable customer experiences.

Why Join?

This is far more than a Store Manager role. It's an opportunity to join a global brand that's investing heavily in its people and continuing to expand across the UK.

You’ll benefit from

  • Competitive salary plus performance bonus.
  • Genuine career progression with clear development pathways.
  • Industry-leading training and leadership development.
  • The chance to manage one of the busiest and highest-profile stores in the estate.
  • A people-first culture where personality, passion and ambition are recognised and rewarded.
  • The opportunity to build a long-term career with an internationally recognised lifestyle brand.
