Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day store/restaurant operations
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strong commercial leadership
- Manage and monitor KPIs, including sales, labour, costs, and productivity
- Always ensure excellent customer/guest experience
- Recruit, train, and develop team members and future leaders
- Maintain brand standards, compliance, and operational excellence
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs effectively
- Control stock, ordering, and waste management to protect margins
- Analyse performance reports and implement action plans to improve results
About You
- Proven experience in a Store Manager, General Manager, or senior leadership role within hospitality or retail
- You are passionate about health-led food and lifestyle brands
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to reach their full potential
- Commercially aware with experience managing sales targets, KPIs, labour, and costs
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer/guest experiences
