We’re partnering with a well-known hospitality brand to hire a People Operations Manager into a pivotal role supporting a large, multi-site workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, evolving business where you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving the employee experience across the full colleague lifecycle.

This is far more than a traditional HR admin role. You’ll sit at the heart of the People function, driving operational excellence, supporting managers with day-to-day people matters, and ensuring people processes are scalable, compliant, and fit for a fast-paced operational environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and improving core people operations processes including contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee changes, and offboarding
  • Ensuring employee data, documentation, and HR systems are accurate, compliant, and well maintained
  • Acting as a first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR queries and routine employee relations matters
  • Supporting absence, disciplinaries, grievances, probation, and performance processes
  • Partnering with payroll, recruitment, operations, and the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Driving continuous improvement across people processes, systems, compliance, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Advisor, or HR Manager roles
  • Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, consumer brands, logistics, or other multi-site/customer-facing businesses
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence managing routine ER matters
  • Experience across onboarding, contracts, payroll support, employee records, compliance, and HR systems
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working at pace in operational, high-volume environments
