Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a flagship container-style food hall operation, alongside operational support across multiple hospitality sites within a growing London-based estate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality business operating innovative multi-brand food concepts in high-profile locations. The role is focused on a permanent, high-volume trading environment with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, people leadership, commercial performance, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a flagship hospitality complex while also supporting operations across additional restaurant, pop-up, and venue-based locations. This role requires a commercially driven operator who is equally comfortable leading busy services, developing teams, and building strong relationships with landlords, clients, and external stakeholders. Working Pattern

This role will involve a flexible hospitality schedule aligned to trading demands, including evenings and weekends where required.
