The General Manager Role:
- Lead the pre-opening phase of the business ahead of the September launch
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management and team structure
- Take full ownership of daily Front of House and Back of House operations
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and commercial success
- Manage labour, food costs, waste, and overall P&L performance
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food safety, and employment legislation
- Build a positive culture focused on accountability, engagement, and development
- Work closely with the senior leadership team on promotions, audits, and business performance reviews
- Handle escalated guest feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and confidence
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality, restaurants, QSR, or high-volume operations
- Previous experience opening a new site would be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L performance
