This is not a business-as-usual role. A high-growth, multi-site franchise brand operating across health, wellness and beauty is looking for a Central Operations Manager to own the commercial growth agenda across the UK estate. The brand has serious international backing, an ambitious expansion plan, and a UK operation entering one of the most exciting phases of its development. You will not be maintaining what already exists. You will be building, scaling, and driving what comes next.
What you will own:
- New treatment category rollout, from operational playbook through to sequenced deployment, adoption tracking and performance reporting
- Commercial optimisation across the network, pricing, packaging, consultation conversion, and closing revenue gaps where they exist
- Technology deployment across the estate as new tools and platforms come online
- The project plan for everything in the growth pipeline, milestones, owners, and clear reporting to the Operations Director
What we are looking for:
- You have delivered commercial growth projects in a multi-site, consumer-facing environment.
- You are comfortable working across functions without direct authority and you know how to get things done through influence.
- You understand what execution actually looks like at site level, not just in a plan.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty or wellness is a bonus. But if you have built and scaled commercial initiatives in QSR, hospitality or retail, this business wants to hear from you.
The detail:
- Salary: £48,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
- Location: UK office based with field travel
- Reports to: Operations Director UK
- Permanent role
