A growing hospitality & retail group with multiple food concepts is entering a key phase of scale across the UK. They are now looking to bring in a Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing and, more importantly, define how one of their core brands is built for long-term, repeatable growth. This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond campaigns and get into the mechanics of how a brand expands across multiple sites and operators.

Up to now, marketing has been fairly informal and heavily supported by external partners. There is good activity, but no real structure behind it. The next step is putting proper foundations in place. Clear direction, consistent execution, and a model that can be rolled out as the business grows.

You will step in as the most senior marketing person in the business, taking full responsibility for one of the group’s lead brands. The focus is not just growth, but building something that can be replicated. As the business looks towards franchise, marketing needs to become clear, simple and scalable. You will also have exposure to the wider group, supporting launches, campaigns and brand activity across other concepts.

What this role involves:

  • Taking full ownership of brand direction and marketing output
  • Building a clear and repeatable approach to marketing across multiple sites
  • Creating practical tools, templates and guidelines that others can follow
  • Planning and delivering campaigns that drive real footfall
  • Leading launches for new locations
  • Managing digital channels including paid and organic social
  • Working with external agencies and holding them accountable
  • Laying the groundwork for CRM and customer retention
  • Partnering closely with operations to ensure ideas land properly on site

What they are looking for:

  • Background in hospitality, QSR or fast casual marketing
  • Experience working across multi-site businesses
  • Someone who has brought structure into a previously unstructured environment
  • Strong digital and performance marketing knowledge
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions independently
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on what actually drives revenue

What’s in it for you:

  • Salary up to £65,000 plus bonus
  • Autonomy to shape how marketing is done
  • Direct access to leadership and influence over growth
  • A clear path into a Head of Marketing role as the business scales
