We're hiring for one of the fastest-growing food and beverage brands on the planet. From 100 stores in 2017 to 380+ across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia - targeting 1,000 locations globally by 2028, this isn't a brand finding its feet. It's a brand in full sprint. If you want to build your career somewhere with genuine momentum, real scale, and a culture that actually means something, this is it.
The stores aren't like other stores. High energy, music-driven, fast-paced - the atmosphere is something you have to experience to fully understand. They give their managers real autonomy to lead, real responsibility to deliver, and a team around them that genuinely buys in. The environment is electric and the opportunity to grow with the brand is very real.
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. You'll set the standard for how the store runs, how guests are treated, and how the numbers look. Your success comes down to the team you build, the culture you create, and your ability to hit the targets that matter.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading your team in line with company values and operational standards, building a culture people are proud to be part of
- Driving engagement through regular feedback, development planning, in-store training, and team meetings
- Owning the guest experience end-to-end, building loyalty and turning first visits into habits
- Maintaining operational standards across hygiene, health & safety, brand compliance, and local requirements
- Planning and managing shifts around seasonality, footfall, and local events - keeping workflows tight and budgets on track
- Overseeing stock management including ordering, counting, and keeping waste within monthly targets
- Delivering on KPIs - building sales and optimising store EBITDA across all performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience managing or working within a team of 10+
- Strong interpersonal skills - you motivate people, you don't just manage them
- A genuine drive to lead through culture and people, not just process
- The confidence and commercial awareness to own your store like a business
