We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a region of approximately 13 sites across the East Midlands. This opportunity is with a well-established branded casual dining business that is continuing to invest in its estate and people. You'll inherit a fully staffed region and be responsible for supporting your General Managers, driving performance, and ensuring sites deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a portfolio of 15–20 sites across the region.
- Drive performance across labour, sales, gross profit and key operational KPIs.
- Ensure sites consistently deliver excellent guest service and operational standards.
- Coach and develop General Managers and their teams to improve performance and engagement.
- Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development across the region.
- Share best practice and implement successful ways of working across multiple sites.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business objectives and growth plans.
- Play a key role in supporting the ongoing refurbishment programme across the estate.
- Ensure compliance, health & safety, and company standards are maintained across all locations.
- Manage reporting, administration and operational processes accurately and on time.

- Proven experience as an operations Manager within a multi-site environment.
- Background within branded casual dining, hospitality, QSR, retail or leisure.
- Strong understanding of labour management, profitability and KPI delivery.
- Track record of improving operational standards and business performance.
- Experience coaching and developing General Managers and leadership teams.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, customer-focused business.
