We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. You'll set the standard for how the store runs, how guests are treated, and how the numbers look.
- Leading your team in line with company values and operational standards, building a culture people are proud to be part of.
- Driving engagement through regular feedback, development planning, in-store training, and team meetings.
- Owning the guest experience end-to-end, building loyalty and turning first visits into habits.
- Maintaining operational standards across hygiene, health & safety, brand compliance, and local requirements.
