Now they're looking for their first dedicated Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial function and help scale the business to the next level. If you've successfully built sales functions, opened new markets, won major accounts and enjoy creating structure where none exists, this could be exactly the challenge you're looking for.
Why Join?
- Up to £55,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic up to £85,000 OTE
- £100,000+ potential for top performers
- Commission paid on both new business and account growth
- Significant autonomy and influence
- Opportunity to build a function from the ground up
- Direct exposure to the founder and leadership team
- Clear progression into Head of Sales / Sales Director as the business scales
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a polished CRM, a fully built sales team and a perfectly mapped-out process. You'll be stepping into a business with huge potential, strong foundations and genuine ambition, but you'll be the person helping create the commercial engine that drives future growth. You'll work directly with the founder, take ownership of sales strategy, implement systems, build processes and most importantly win business. The long-term objective is simple: Double revenue and build a scalable commercial function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new business across hotels, hospitality groups, restaurants, cafes and premium foodservice operators
- Growing revenue from existing accounts through strategic account management
- Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Implementing and optimising CRM systems
- Creating reporting, forecasting and sales tracking processes
- Developing commercial strategies to accelerate growth
- Working closely with operations and leadership to identify new opportunities
- Helping shape the future structure of the sales team as the business grows
This is a hybrid role combining new business development and account growth, with new business being the primary focus. You'll also have support from an existing junior team member handling some of the more transactional account management activity.
Requirements
- Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Commercial Manager experience
- A strong network within hospitality, foodservice or HoReCa
- Experience winning and developing multi-site accounts
- A track record of growing revenue through both new business and account development
- Experience implementing CRM systems and building sales processes
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who has built something before.
