Most marketing roles ask you to manage a brand. This one asks you to help create the next one. I am partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand hospitality group, who is looking for a commercially minded, creatively driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of brand strategy across a portfolio of fast-growing, culture-led hospitality concepts.

We're not looking for a CRM specialist. We're not looking for a performance marketer. And we're definitely not looking for someone who wants to sit inside a corporate playbook. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes brands. Someone who understands culture, social relevance, influencer ecosystems and how to create campaigns people actually care about.

Why This Role Is Different

You’ll step into a newly created position with one clear mission: Shape the future of their brands. You’ll work alongside an exceptional digital and growth team, bringing together brand, creative, PR, influencer strategy and campaign planning into one cohesive vision. And perhaps most excitingly... You’ll help launch an entirely new brand from scratch. They’re building a brand-new concept and you’ll play a key role in shaping everything from identity and positioning to launch campaigns and brand storytelling. This is a rare opportunity to get genuine ownership at the ground-floor stage.

What You’ll Own

  • Brand strategy and development across multiple concepts
  • Annual campaign and promotional calendar planning
  • Product launches and limited-time offers
  • Social-first marketing campaigns
  • Influencer partnerships and creator strategy
  • PR and brand awareness initiatives
  • Creative direction and brand consistency
  • Identifying cultural moments and turning them into growth opportunities

The Brands

  • One of the UK's fastest-growing cafe concepts.
  • An established fast casual restaurant brand with exciting expansion plans.
  • A completely new challenger brand currently being built from the ground up.

Active expansion opportunities are already developing across:

  • UAE
  • Kenya
  • Malaysia
  • Germany
  • India

You are:

  • Ambitious
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Commercially minded
  • Creative
  • Self-driven
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excited by scaling brands

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy building rather than maintaining.

Culture

This is a high-trust environment built around outcomes, not presenteeism. Their philosophy is simple: Get your work done. We trust you to do it your way.

Interested?

If you're a brand marketer who wants more than another management role, if you want to launch brands, shape culture, influence growth and build something with international potential, we'd love to hear from you.
