We're partnering with one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing premium food brands to appoint an ambitious Head of Corporate Sales & Events.

The Opportunity

As Head of Corporate Sales & Events, you'll take full ownership of developing and growing the company's corporate business across London and beyond.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll create the commercial strategy, generate new business, build lasting client relationships and establish the foundations for a high-performing division.

This is not a role where you'll inherit an established department.

Instead, you'll have the autonomy to build the function, influence business strategy and create a scalable operation with genuine long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the Corporate Sales & Events division.
  • Identify, secure and grow new corporate accounts across a range of industries.
  • Build strong relationships with office managers, facilities teams, executive assistants, HR teams and event organisers.
  • Generate new business through proactive networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through to long-term account management.
  • Develop repeat business and maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Introduce scalable systems, reporting and processes to support future growth.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
